Kara Cline brings over 20 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, working closely with business owners and individuals to navigate complex tax matters. She is especially known for her expertise in real estate taxation -including property transactions, cost segregation studies, and 1031 exchanges – as well as for delivering personalized, thoughtful strategies that help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Rich Mather has over a decade of experience in the complex field of international tax, guiding high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and multi-national clients through intricate matters such as M&A tax due diligence, tiered controlled foreign corporations, and global entity structuring. As a key leader in EFPR’s International Tax division, Rich is known for his proactive, client-centered approach to cross-border tax planning and compliance.

Paul Shomshor offers over 20 years of experience in corporate and small business taxation, specializing in domestic and international tax planning and compliance. Paul’s background spans both public accounting and corporate industry, including key roles at leading firms and Fortune 500 companies, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the tax challenges faced by businesses and individuals with international operations.
