Tom is a partner in EFPR Group, CPAs, PLLC and a partner in EFPR Advisory, LLC. He has over nine years of public accounting experience. He has responsibility for providing audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous governmental organizations.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011 and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2012.
