Ray is a director in EFPR Advisory, LLC. He has over 21 years of public accounting experience. He has responsibility for providing audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous nonprofit organizations.

Ray received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York College at Buffalo in 2000.
