Ray has over 40 years of diverse professional experience. In addition to specializing in family-owned businesses, he is a national expert in the area of quality control standards for accounting firms, a national trainer on pension audits and peer review for AICPA.

Ray works with individual and business clients in many different industries and in a variety of areas including estate planning and trusteeship, structuring new business ventures, strategic business planning, litigation support, privately-held companies, and family owned businesses. As a nationally recognized lecturer on peer review and pension audits, he is known for bringing energy, life and humor to these otherwise dry technical topics.
