Jay is a manager of EFPR Advisory, LLC. He has over 10 years of public accounting experience. He has responsibility for providing audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous nonprofit organizations.

Jay received an Associates of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant and Stratton College in 2007 and is currently working towards his Bachelors degree at Liberty University.
