Deb is a partner in EFPR Group, CPAs, PLLC and a partner in EFPR Advisory, LLC. She is responsible for providing audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous government and nonprofit organizations. She has over 25 years of public accounting experience.

Deb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Accounting from Tusculum College in 1998 and a Master of Accountancy degree from East Tennessee State University in 2000.
