Lucas is from Vestal, NY and is currently attending SUNY Geneseo. He will be joining the firm as an Intern in our Rochester Office’s Attest Department.

What attracted you to EFPR?

I was attracted to EFPR because of the professional and talented employees EFPR already has. I believe EFPR will help my professional development greatly. Another aspect of EFPR that attracted me was the emphasis on work-life balance. In the long term, I want to work with a company that values this aspect of work.

What do you hope to bring to the EFPR team?

I hope to contribute to EFPR’s audit team by helping optimize other team members work while also contributing my own when possible.

What made you want to go into your line of work?

I was always good with numbers, and my first accounting class was very interesting, which introduced me to this field.

Do you play a sport or did you play in college or high school?

I played basketball in high school. I play club ultimate Frisbee in college.

Where is the most unusual or exotic place you’ve traveled?

I traveled to Aruba during the summer of 2023 for my uncle’s wedding.

Are you an avid fan of any sports teams?

I don’t watch too much sports, but I like the Lakers.

Do you have any notable achievements you have accomplished outside of work?

I was the captain of my basketball team in high school.
